The Mass General Cancer Center Smokefree Support Service (MGH SSS) provides a free, virtual based, one-on-one tobacco counseling resource for all MGH Cancer Center patients. Phone and/or video based counseling provides information and guidance in an effective and convenient way.

MGH Mind Body Program for Cancer Survivors
The HPRIR Program and The Mass General Cancer Center is pleased to offer the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine’s highly regarded Stress Management and Resilience Training: Relaxation Response Resilience (SMART-3RP) training in an online format on Zoom. This program is designed to help patients cope with the many emotional, social and physical challenges that emerge after cancer treatment. It teaches patients a variety of mind body, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral tools to help enhance their resiliency and overall quality of life.

MGH Mind Body Program for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Survivors
We are pleased to offer the virtual stress management and resilience training (SMART) program to young adults between the ages of 18-39 who have completed treatment for cancer or are living with metastatic cancer. This skills-based program is designed for AYA cancer survivors to manage physical, social, and emotional changes they may experience after cancer treatment ends. Our goal is to teach patients critical tools to help optimize their quality of life and overall resiliency.

The MGH Women’s Heart Health Mindful Living Center aims to improve health outcomes and increase mental healthcare access for patients with cardiovascular disease through evidence-based group and individual mindfulness-based interventions, practice-based clinical research, and training of future clinicians.
